What payment methods are accepted?

We accept VISA & Mastercard credit cards thru PayPal and Paymongo secure checkout system. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay via credit card thru PayPal. In the PayPal checkout page, there are fields that will accept credit card details even if you do not have a PayPal account.

GCash payment is accepted via Paymongo secure checkout system.  At checkout you would be directed to Paymongo page to pay using your GCash.  You do not need to have Paymongo account in order to pay using your GCash account.

Bank deposit is accepted as well, kindly email info@lovelyfragrances.ph for details.

 

How much is the shipping fee?

Free shipping for orders over Php1,000.

Standard flat rate of Php100 for Metro Manila and Php150 for Provincial addresses.

 

What is your return policy?

We cannot accept returns and exchanges due to the nature of our product.  Although each item is carefully packed, we do not have control how it is handled by the courier. We will not be liable for any damages caused by the courier’s mishandling.
